Leaving tumblr and a Fassinating Store?

Hey people, after some careful and quick consideration, I have decided to part ways with tumblr today. I just posted this at my FF tumblr:

Thanks to the over 1200 people who are following me here at tumblr, but with regret, I must delete my account here at tumblr effective today. As previously mentioned in an earlier post, I have lost faith and interest in tumblr and I got the kick in the butt that I needed to move on. At the end of the business day, around 4pm EST, I will pull the plug. If you are familiar with me and my blogging on things Fassbender, please continue to visit me at Fassinating Fassbender, at the FF Pinterest board, and at twitter.

For the most part, I have enjoyed my time here, but there were quite a few things about the network of tumblr that never really sat well with me. So my moving on is not painful at all, it comes with a sigh of relief.

I have tried to contact tumblr in complete vain to file a complaint, but they have just shrugged and done absolutely nothing. I cannot in good conscience support a social media website that does not honor it's own community standards guidelines. So with that, I'm so out of there later today.

Would you shop online at A Fassinating Store?

I was inspired by that cute idea of the Fassy mug that I posted last week. We can easily make such stuff on our own, and I spend so much time at Michael's getting crafty stuff, it's amazing what one could make in their spare time. So I was wondering, if there was Fassinating Fassbender merchandise for sale, would you buy it? A coffee mug, a t-shirt, buttons, key chains, tote bags, etc. And these won't be things with just the title Fassinating Fassbender or featuring just Michael's handsome face. There will be quotes from him from interviews, or quotes from his movie characters. I just started to think about this, and it's idea to start small and simple first. So, please let me know what you think about this and, maybe we can water this seed and see how it grows. :-)
