Prometheus Coming Out Oct 9th and Canadian Contest Info!

I was browsing through Amazon.com looking for a blu-ray player. Now, I'm still perfectly content with living in 2003 with my DVD player, however, due to the awesomeness of Prometheus, I HAVE to get a blu-ray player to enjoy viewing this film for maximum effect. If you have a blu-ray player, kindly feel free to offer buyer tidbits and suggestions. If you have a blu-ray that you think is a great piece of equipment, tell me about it. Looking at what's on sale at amazon.com is overwhelming, especially since this is my first time considering buying one. I don't want to get anything cheap, and I don't want to spend over $200... I want a reliable brand that will allow me to take advantage of online streaming too. Basically, I just want a very good new blu-ray that will help me be in step technology wise with all the perks of having a blu-ray player.

At my amazon 'Wish List', I have the Sony BDP-S590 3D Blu-ray Disc Player with Wi-Fi (Black) set aside for further review. Should I stick with Panasonic, since that is what my TV is as well as my current DVD player. Or should I go Toshiba? Decisions, decisions! Thanks!
