As I'm working through a redesign of the blog, I have added a new 'Recent Comment' (RC) widget along the sidebar. It will mostly be located at the top, unless there is a special announcement or event. That way you can see who has made a recent comment and which blog entry that comment is located. What I would like to strongly suggest is that for those of you who kindly comment on a regular basis, but do not yet have an avatar for your profile, please get one.
When you post a comment and it shows up on the RC queue, your avatar will be reflected instead of the ugly orange 'blogger' default avatar. Why not let your avatar personality shine through instead? So just for aesthetics please consider updating your profile to reflect any cool user friendly image you like.
